During water acclimatization, children learn to relax in the water, breathe underwater, submerge their faces, and perform simple movements such as gliding or floating. The goal is to reduce fear, build confidence in the water, and develop a love for moving in the water.
Beginners Under 5 Years Old
A playful approach to learning the basics of swimming as the ideal preparation for learning to swim.
Prerequisite:
Under 5 years old (ages 3 and up)
Beginners ages 5 and up
Here, children can learn to swim well and safely in a small group.
Prerequisite:
Born in 2021 or earlier
Beginner Level
The goal is for children to improve the swimming skills they have already learned and to develop greater strength and endurance while swimming.
Prerequisite:
The child has already mastered the frog arm and leg movements but is not yet able to stay afloat.
Advanced
In this course, the children learn additional strokes (front crawl and backstroke)
Prerequisite:
Be able to swim about half a pool length (12 meters) without flotation devices
